Why we built NIMRYX

In 2024, we were working with freight forwarders across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The pattern was always the same: WhatsApp group for drivers, Excel sheet for jobs, phone calls to transporters, and a prayer that the BOE would clear before the truck got held at the border.

The operations teams were working 14-hour days — not because the work was complex, but because the information was fragmented. A driver couldn't see his job details. A transporter didn't know which truck to send. The office couldn't see where anything was in real time.

We built NIMRYX to fix that. One platform that ingests jobs automatically, processes customs documents with AI, routes tasks to the right people, and keeps everyone — drivers, transporters, operations — in sync through a single source of truth.

We're headquartered in Dubai, with customers across the GCC. Our team has operated in logistics, customs technology, and enterprise AI for a combined 40+ years.
