These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NIMRYX.AI, a logistics, transport, trucking, customs, trip management, movement tracking, document management, AI extraction, messaging, and job costing software platform.
By accessing or using NIMRYX.AI, you agree to these Terms. If you are using NIMRYX.AI on behalf of a company, transporter, broker, shipper, consignee, logistics provider, customs agent, or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of that organisation.
NIMRYX.AI may provide features including:
NIMRYX.AI is a logistics technology platform. It is not a customs authority, transport authority, legal advisor, tax advisor, insurance provider, or government agency.
Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
Each organisation is responsible for:
You must not share login credentials, impersonate another person, or access accounts without permission.
NIMRYX.AI may collect driver location data during active trips to provide live tracking, movement events, route snapshots, toll detection, origin/destination arrival detection, border/customs/port/checkpoint visibility, ETA, operational status, and logistics audit records.
Location tracking should only be active for assigned and active trips. Tracking should stop when the trip is completed, cancelled, or closed, unless legally required or operationally necessary to retain the last known location.
Organisations using NIMRYX.AI are responsible for notifying drivers and obtaining any required consent or legal authorisation before tracking driver location.
Drivers must be clearly informed that location may be collected while a trip is active, including background location if enabled.
NIMRYX.AI may allow drivers to open third-party navigation applications such as Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze, or other map providers. These services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
NIMRYX.AI is not responsible for navigation errors, road closures, traffic conditions, route accuracy, or third-party map decisions.
NIMRYX.AI may use AI or OCR tools to read, classify, rename, extract, summarise, or structure uploaded documents such as invoices, packing lists, customs documents, proof of delivery, fuel receipts, toll receipts, permits, driver documents, and vehicle documents.
AI extraction may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users must review and verify extracted information before relying on it for customs, billing, legal, financial, compliance, or operational purposes.
NIMRYX.AI does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are complete, correct, legally compliant, or accepted by any authority.
NIMRYX.AI may estimate tolls, fuel costs, border charges, customs costs, port costs, parking, driver allowances, waiting charges, detention, repair, and other expenses.
Auto-detected expenses, including tolls and route costs, should be treated as pending until approved by an authorised office/admin user.
Toll rates, government fees, port charges, customs charges, road charges, and taxes may change. The organisation is responsible for verifying all amounts before invoicing customers, reimbursing drivers, or closing job costing.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all shipment, cargo, driver, vehicle, customer, consignee, shipper, transporter, and document information entered into NIMRYX.AI.
You must not upload unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, confidential, or third-party data unless you have the right to do so.
You must not use NIMRYX.AI to:
NIMRYX.AI may integrate with third-party services such as cloud hosting providers, database providers, map providers, messaging providers, WhatsApp/SMS gateways, AI providers, payment providers, email providers, and analytics providers.
Third-party services are not controlled by NIMRYX.AI. Their availability, accuracy, pricing, and data practices are governed by their own terms.
NIMRYX.AI aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, internet issues, third-party outages, cyber incidents, or force majeure events.

NIMRYX.AI, including its software, design, workflows, AI logic, user interface, branding, databases, reports, and documentation, is owned by NimryxAi Technologies or its licensors.
Users may not copy, resell, sublicense, reproduce, modify, or create competing services using NIMRYX.AI without written permission.
Customer data remains owned by the customer or the lawful data owner.
Each party must protect confidential business, operational, customer, pricing, route, cargo, driver, transporter, and system information received through NIMRYX.AI.
Confidential information must not be disclosed except where required for the authorised use of the platform, legal compliance, or with written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIMRYX.AI and NimryxAi Technologies are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages.
NIMRYX.AI is not responsible for:
NIMRYX.AI may suspend or terminate access if a user or organisation violates these Terms, fails to pay fees, misuses the platform, creates security risk, or uses the platform unlawfully.
Upon termination, access may be disabled. Data export may be provided subject to account status, technical feasibility, and legal requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [United Arab Emirates / Insert Jurisdiction].
